Meeting w/the Mayor, Jan. 29, 6pm on "Neighborhood Issues"

Note the meeting on the 29th means US. It would be a good idea to figure out what our top issue is for our neighborhood, so that our message is clear. Is it code enforcement? Community policing? Bringing the train back? Something different?

Mayor Sal Panto has called a series of summits to gather input on changes people want to see in their neighborhoods.

Downtown summit: 6 to 8:30 p.m. Jan. 22, city council chambers, fifth floor, Alpha Building, to discuss residential issues, attracting business, public projects and arts, tourism and special events.

Parking summit: 6 p.m. Jan. 26, city council chambers, fifth floor, Alpha Building, to discuss parking issues.

Neighborhood summit: 6 p.m. Jan. 29, mayor's sixth-floor conference room, to discuss general neighborhood issues.
