At Last--An Electoral Map!

Michael Duck has come to the rescue and published a map of our electoral boundaries in the West Ward:

Two Rivers Blog Article with Electoral Map of West Ward

Please take a look at it, and note whether you will be voting for a West Ward City Council Member, or a Downtown/College Hill City Council Member. If you have been sliced off into the Downtown/College section, don't despair! You can still have a very important role for the neighborhood, by emphasizing to the Downtown/College Hill candidates that if they want your votes, they will have to prove they are aware of and care about West Ward issues. Also, if you want to have an effect on who the West Ward rep will be, you can always get involved in helping the person you want to win with his/her campaign--conversations go a long way to convince people.

I'm hearing rumors of new people considering running, so this race is just getting started. If you're interested in running, please see my earlier post on the West Ward City Council race, because I listed all the important dates to know.
