if any other political party is holding a similar even in the West Ward, please let me know and i will come cover that too--i love to see my neighborhood getting registered to vote, regardless of party!

Thanks for taking a video. Everyone seemed to have a great time. Alison Fleck said we were the #1 commit to vote event in the state. That is pretty impressive!
The event wouldn't have been nearly as successful if it weren't for Carinne and all her wonderful ideas for activites. She really outdid herself.
Thank you to the following people who helped to make this all happen: Meat and Mikeia came out and sang a song, my beau and his "selecting" abilities :) School of Natural Learning for her supplies (and creative ideas), Weed n Seed for the use of their office and tables/chairs/Cabanas & Legacy church for the use of their electricity and microphone.
It was definitely a great foundation for the EADC to build upon and I'm glad I was able to put together most of my ideas with the help of the generous members of the EADC! Thanks to everyone who gave their time, talents and wisdom to the block party. I know you guys will have an even bigger and better one next year!
Great job, Nikkita and Carinnne--I hope that the Republicans will be holding some events too--I want to see this entire neighborhood energized for this election, regardless of party. The West Ward will be the sleeping giant of any election in Easton, once we all wake up and participate.

Events like this one should happen more often and not just with political parties hosting. I'd be happy to do it again.
