Safe Harbor Homeless Shelter will be holding its annual fundraiser, the Regatta, on Saturday, September 18th. It is a toy sailboat race on Bushkill Creek! The picnic will start at noon and boats will launch at 1pm at Penn Pump Park at 2100 Northwood Avenue in Palmer Township. Boats are $5 and all proceeds will go to the homeless shelter. Over 25 prizes will be awarded!
