Call for Entries—International Competition
DEADLINE: Friday, December 10, 2010, 4:00 pm (U.S. Eastern Standard Time)—Qualification Round.
Artists from all disciplines, architects, landscape architects, engineers, film makers, and multidisciplinary
teams—especially from developing countries—may submit proposals for installations that “re-envision” urban places of nature, art, and culture. The purpose is to involve people of all backgrounds and ages in dialogue about the democratizing and transformative power of art in the city. Partnering with schools, community groups, or arts organizations is encouraged. College students in the last year of design-related programs of study are also eligible.
