Third WW Candidate to Announce His Run for City Council

A third candidate has announced his candidacy for the West Ward spot on City Council: Mike Fleck. Most of us will remember him for his run against Sal Panto in the last mayoral election. He joins Edward Elam and Karen Dennenberg in the race to represent our concerns on City Council starting in November. Below is the Morning Call article, as well as Michael Duck's blog article, announcing his candidacy:

Michael Duck is a reporter for the Morning Call who writes for both the paper, and The Morning Call's blog. I find the blog is sometimes a little more candid than the paper, so I'm attaching both.
