Not only is it going to be 67 DEGREES today, and not only has Dennis Lieb decided to run for WW rep on City Council, but WW neighbors Ken Jones and Ron Morris who run Mercantile Home (formerly their art gallery) at 526 Northmpton Street are making it even easier for you to help Dennis get the 100 signatures he needs to run. Their event "It's Your Lucky Day" will run from 11am - 7pm today, and they will have a petition on hand for registered Democrats to sign to boost Dennis into the race.
If you are a registered Democrat, there will be petitioners coming through your area of the West Ward at some point on Saturday and/or Sunday to collect signatures for Dennis Lieb as well. But if you're planning on being in and out a lot on this super sunny springy day, stop by the event at Ken and Ron's, and sign the petition there! Here's the info:

Great news!
Dennis is a smart and articulate individual --- he has what is needed on council. It will be an adjustment for him to an extent because it is always easy to be the one throwing the arrows -- BUT he has the best interests of the city at heart and no hidden agendas as does his opponent. We must unite as a neighborhood and get him elected -- please anyone but Fleck. He will only make a jerk out of himself as he has done so many times in the past and the only ones to suffer will be the WW he represents.
