Flood Threat?

by the amount of water released from water reservoirs
in upstate New York--others say...not so much.

Congressmen from New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania wrote a joint letter to New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg on May 18th, asking that he "keep flooding issues in mind while managing the city's reservoir system." They want the mayor to release the water little by little, rather than all at once, adding to flood risk down river--in other words--down here.
