Colin McEvoy of the Express-Times reports that shots were fired outside Louie's Bar at 1031 Butler Street over the weekend. The suspect is Jonathan Rosado, who lives on the 1000 block of Washington Street. Click the link to McEvoy's article to see a picture. Lets get all eyes and ears out in the neighborhood to help get this guy get his interview with our police department. He has two existing warrants out on him already for domestic violence and a DUI.
